Metroblogs Vancouver update

UpsidedownchurchMetroblogging is about ready to arrive in Vancouver.  I've been mentioning this again and again here, but things hopefully will start to move in the next few days.  Today Sean Bonner sent out an email that by the end of the week we might be able to get up and running if we can lure two more Vancouver based bloggers on board.

So once again if you're a Vancouver blogger, and are interested in doing a few short Vancouver focused posts a week on a site then sign up today.  I've seen the site traffic statistics for their sites in other cities like LA (which has Wil Wheaton as an author), London and Seattle (which is the one I frequent most right now) and they're damn impressive.  Being an author at a Vancouver version of Metroblogging will be a great way to drive traffic to your site and build up that much needed name recognition.  Past authors from other sites have gone on to become President of the United States.

Would you like to be Presdient of the United States?  I thought you would, so then get on over and sign up for this new Vancouver site, it's going to be great.  Like Tony the Tiger great, but without the extreme sports.
